Field Service Engineer will be in-charge of the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assist dealer to all product, quality and warranty issues.
- Engaged with vehicle evaluation and troubleshooting.
- Ensures that Dealer technical/warranty process conforms to SFP Guidelines.
- Implementation and monitoring of service activities.
Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- With at least 2 years of experience in related field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must know how to drive with valid Driver’s license.
- With strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time

- 50% (Preferred)
