Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Job Description

Parts Specialist will be in-charge of the following:

  • Monthly review of Parts replenishments and dealer demand forecast for order engagement to Sojitz Headquarters/MTFBC.
  • Monitors achievement of Parts Purchases/Net Revenue from RC SEA.
  • Process orders through sea or air freight.
  • Set up Accounts Payable.  
  • Analysis and review of Month of Stock.
  • Monthly Reports on Air Order Ratio.
  • Regular review of Parts Moving Average Demand to ensure that there is no short fall/ Air Hits.  
  • Study Part Numbers with shortfall, air hits and spike orders including lead time from source to have an optimum level of stocks.
  • Monitors Stock Alerts to avoid Insufficient Stocks.
  • Monitors Back Orders and Create ETD ticket for escalation
  • Parts Sales Invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Engineering or Business.
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in automotive industry gained thru dealership/manufacturing/distributorship. Or with background in Supply Chain Management.
  • Has an in-depth understanding of planning and forecasting.
  • Has experience in analysis of stocks positioning, price factors
  • Has a background in Finance, Importation and Logistics.

Required Skills

  • Highly analytical and proficient in spreadsheets/excel; graphical presentation and other frameworks
  • Costumer Service Skills and can foster good business relationship
  • Strong business acumen and could conduct presentations
  • Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player
