Field Service Engineer

Job Description

Field Service Engineer will provide technical support and assist dealer to all product quality and warranty issues. He/She will provide assistance to dealers to ensure the consistency of their service operation and implement service activities to achieve total service satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as Field Service Engineer
  • Experience in automotive is an advantage
  • Must know how to drive and with valid driver’s license
